Diamond Tool / CBN Tool
Summary
Diamond Tool: is a tool covered with sintered compact of diamond or diamond itself. In case of cutting, they are used for aluminum, and in case of grinding they are used for high-hardness carbide tools.
CBN Tool: is a tool combined with cubic nitride and ceramic. It is high hardness after diamond. Diamond can be only used for aluminum or non-ferrous metal. On the other hand, CBN can be also used for steel or cast iron by high-speed cutting.
